It’s the shite attempt at whatever the hell he’s attempting, fucking it up, doing a hop type thing, dropping his head and staring at the floor while he makes a pathetic attempt to run fast.
Honestly.

Don't think he's ever declined.
When we signed him we where a relegation level club carrying a relegation level player.
Pinged a few important goals in down the years from long range and that's about all he has ever done

Dibling will have watched his performance tonight and wondered how the fuck he's not got on there and got 20 mins at least. I'm not sure I've ever seen a player play that poorly and get left on the pitch for so long

Agreed.
By the same token it's on him to demand it in his performances and make it clear. It's clearly not a decision made on talent.
He has to push himself into the frame now and make it his, especially with NDiaye away and Jack out of the team.

100% this... If a player looks at someone playing shite and doesn't get on even as a sub for them then they need to be asking themselves some really challenging questions.
Says a lot about someone's character as to whether they fight and show what they're capable of, or just sulk and blame someone else.

Sometimes they need to be helped to see it more clearly too, especially the younger ones and who, maybe reluctantly, have been labelled the next big thing.
There's being physically ready, but the game is so mental now, in both meanings.

It's frightening how bad he's become.
And it's even more scary that moyes thinks he deserves a jersey

Seen him miscontrol the ball a few times on recent matches, something is definitely off with him... He's always been slow so it's hard to work out if him looking even slower is just a trick of the eye, but that and the not controlling balls he would have previously seems to point at him not being at the races for some reason.
Shame as he's actually played a big part in keeping us in the premier league since joining, but this season he's an absolute liability.

He’d get hauled off a Sunday League side with performances like that.

Was decent in a team that played the most basic football in the entire league when the standards of the club were on the floor.
Now he’s just out of his depth.
The hop, skip, head down fake press is painful to watch.
Cut our losses here. He has nothing to offer.

Not like he was a world beater before and he's always been slow but he was at least a strong runner with the ball at one point. Seems to have completely lost that.
Can't fault his effort, he's just not good enough for whatever reasons they may be.
Painful watching him.

Playing like he’s retired and not told anyone.
