Not sure the early start has helped this game. It's been a bit like the football equivalent of paint by numbers.

Poor match that. Concerned about Liverpool winning the league this season. Think these are the matches were Man City really miss KdB and Gundogan.

City too reliant on Doku as their point of difference. Need more from Foden and Alvarez in those games. Both very safe.

At the moment, I'd still say non of them at the top are playing that well.
Villa must fancy their chances of getting into the mix if they can beat Spurs. They're probably one of the teams actually playing more to their potential.

Man City missing the players they've sold and still fairly reliant on KDB for their creativity in tight games. They don't have the same goals in the team with Foden, Grealish, Doku who just aren't as reliable in front of goal.

Chelsea have been entertaining of late.
Surprised Pope didn't move even on that.

Lovely freekick from Sterling. Not sure it's enough in the corner for Pope not to move for it.

Nick Pope is horrendous with his feet. Keeper out of the 90s.

What a disaster Rooney has been at Birmingham. Honestly, Brady and his mates deserve relegation for going hunting a big name with no real record as a manager.

Having said that, they've just equalised at home to Sheff Wed. Even though, one point so far and 18th in the league is still a disaster.

Good to see Sheffield United losing 0-2 to Bournemouth at home. They can't afford to drop any points in a match like that.
Wouldn't be devastated if Burnley and Luton grab draws at home to West Ham (without Bowen) and Crystal Palace.

Burnley winning through a very very dodgy penalty. Genuinely I can't believe VAR confirmed that, seems like this week they're not getting involved again.
Sat bottom of the table now.
