what a manager Rohl is - he makes a substitution at half time brings a RW on and takes off the CB - the whole game was turned on its head brilliant

Jimmy Thelin has been sacked as Aberdeen manager, not too surprised here.

Slightly surprised at that, they'd had plenty chances in the past and he had turned things around a bit this season although they've been on a bad run again recently.
Weird reign though think he's got the record for both the longest undefeated run and longest winless run at the club, or certainly close to both.

I thought at one point the hierarchy would just stick with him with the hope that it would click after a couple of seasons of investing in this βprojectβ.
Itβs going to be interesting finding a manager who can get those players to gel.

I'd be surprised if it isn't him until the end of the season now.
Doesn't say much for Kilmarnock, they've taken nearly as long to replace Kettlewell as Celtic have to hire and the sack their new manager. In fact Kettlewell's even got a new job at Ross County before Killie have replaced him.

It's nice of them to have given him Christmas off.

It's the big question. Russell Martin or Wilfried Nancy? Who did worse?

Easily Nancy. In fairness to Martin he just couldn't win games, won one, lost one and drew five in the league. 17 games in total W5, D6, L6.

O'Neil confirmed until the end of the season.
Talk about a long way round for a shortcut!

He had lasted longer as a caretaker than his successor (and now predecessor) on a permanent contract.

I can see Celtic winning it now, Hearts still slight favourites with the bookies though. It's not like he needs to get to know the players and them him, he's not been away a month.
