Pretty solid attack and some actual options from the bench.

Pretty mad that there's a world where not one of those positions are inhabited by their current occupants in a years time.
New RB, Aznou, Branthwaite and O'Brien moving into the middle

From Brighton? He's only just renewed his contract. Would have really liked him here.

Will be criminal if we we don't improve our full backs. Think the lack of real pace from the wingers means we are crying out for pacy attacking fullbacks

For what it’s worth, Joe Thomas in the Echo

There will be concern at Finch Farm about the drop-off in control after Idrissa Gueye was withdrawn with 15 minutes to go - the decision, Moyes said, made with the intention of introducing fresh legs. If anything, it showed just how badly Everton need an authoritative central midfielder to complement Gueye - something Moyes is actively pursuing in the final days of the transfer window.

Totally ignoring the fact that he in fact can’t do any of those things

He did try Soucek deep once they sold Rice and it didn't work, they never replaced Rice and he never found a solution. Tried James Ward-Prowse which obviously didn't work but thank goodness we've not been linked with him yet, touch wood.

Didn't think we'd get him anyway.

Annoyingly this means he will likely make his debut against us when we play them after the international break.

Mad that West Ham are sanctioning this.

After losing Kudus you'd be furious if you where a West ham fan.

Almost like West Ham are resigned to going down. Why on earth would you sanction Pacqueta leaving.

MOTD has been a pleasant watch. That second goal was absolutely magnificent. All 3 of those ballers were superb in that move. The low sock brigade

He always starts the season like this. He’ll be back to being a rock in a few games and then we’ll really start winning ;)
