Great signing. You don't get a decent championship player for 12m

Can't argue at all at that price.
All the parts of his game that frustrate me might fix themselves with a bit of regular playing time/experience.
Even if he is, like I worry, another Ross Barkley, then we still wouldn't lose money on this deal.

He’s a youngun with time to improve. Ideal squad player and even starter if we’re stronger in other areas.

Great signing at a great price. An effective player already who should only improve.

What do you mean by "another Ross Barkley"?

He means he's gonna go to a night club, get chinned and end up starfished on the floor.

Bags and bags of skill and potential, but always seemingly making the wrong decision at the exact worst time.
Except, of courses the times he makes the correct one.
It wasn't really a dig at him - we all hoped Barkley would finally click with a bit of maturity

If he gets anywhere near Ross Barkley he will have done very well.
8g 8a for us at 21, unbelievable how good he was.

Yeah another Ross barkley isn't much of an insult. We've not replaced him with anything better so far

Yeah, to be fair - times have changed dramatically haven't they?
