Fair play to Lee Johnson, sacked twice in just over four months. Hibs got rid at the end of August and Fleetwood have sacked him today.

Wonder if Howe might go during the winter break?
Sunderland away at the weekend followed by Man City at home. Then the break before coming back to Aston Villa away. Decent few fixtures as that like.

Mowbray appointed Birmingham manager. It's been a long way round just to end up with a solid Championship journeyman. Probably a "safe pair of hands" rather than the name they want.

The mad thing is he doesn't play the aggressive front foot football they gave as the reason for firing Eustace and were demanding from Rooney.

Not particularly aggressive but Sunderland played great stuff under him for 18 months. Not sure Sunderland and Beale will end up much better than Birmingham and Rooney.

Yeah he did the same for Blackburn and West Brom. Had them playing some lovely football, got them mid-table with a few great results, but couldn't progress them further.

I know it was a while back but Mowbray won the Championship with Albion I'm sure.

Think Forest Green might be looking for a new manager soon!

He's always been a cunt, even when he was on every podcast and tv company going playing up to the role of reformed character from when he was imprisoned for nearly beating a lad to death unprovoked. I hope he falls flat on his face and have no doubt that he will do.
