Got a bit of Tuscan chicken on the go for this one.

“Do you have to watch Spain vs Italy” she says.

Lol good one.

My wife just got home from being in Manchester for work the past 2 days fully expecting we'd watch something on the TV together once the kids were in bed.

I think 'disappointed' would sum up her reaction to me saying not only was I watching a match but our 9 year old was also stopping up to watch it 😅

Sir Stealth wrote: Thu Jun 20, 2024 6:36 pm For balance purposes they really should get Wharton in as defensive centre mid, Rice box to box and Bellingham as the 10. Saka right, Gordon or Eze left. And Shaw in at left back

Don’t think we’ll see Shaw, made the bench for the Serbia game but now not fit enough again for the bench today

Dropped a massive bollock there

Sounds like Tyldesley is saying 'Yer ma'.

"If Williams doesn't run past you on one side, yer ma will on the other."

I wish one of the journalist would just say to him - why aren't you putting Palmer on ....

They’re like… running AND moving into space and moving it quickly, and not just standing around waiting for a pass? I’m confused. Are England not allowed to do that?

Genuinely like watching a different sport compared to our game

What’s more frustrating is we can line up in a very similar fashion and let the players get on with it

Eze and Saka out wide, Kane stay up top, Foden and Bellingham in the middle with Rice sitting behind 🤷‍♂️ has pace, ability to take people on

Still fucked by not having a left back mind

Missed the first half an hour. Has this been the case of two actual good teams coming up against each other and ruining the fun?

I'm still getting over this

Southgate post match conference: "He's had some moments where he's delivered what we thought he would. We know it's an experiment. We know we don't have a natural replacement for Kalvin Philips. We're trying different things and at the moment we're not flowing as we'd like."

It’s been one really good team bossing it and a less good team clinging on desperately

Had two years to experiment, not wing it in an actual tournament
