It comes to something when you need to get Adrian out of retirement.

By law of averages alone we should have at least one decent pre-season in twenty years.

If we get another CM, I am inclined to agree with you.
So would Lee Carsley

Pretty sure that comment was from the complete yard dog foul he committed. Honestly I’d have sent him off for that and I’m a Blue!

So West Ham ran rings round us. 70% possession but their passing was much crisper and the played football at times. We barely played any at all! McNeil was an absentee for the whole time he was on the pitch. Not sure what that was about, can’t just be fitness, but he had zero impact. Zero.
Barry must be thinking WTF?
I bet he’s used to playing in a team who sometimes have the ball and during those moments actually pass the ball to him.
The cross from JOB at the end that Barry could have gotten on the end of was a miss, but I’m giving him a pass on that one based on the fact that it was a complete shock that anyone played him in.
West Ham look levels above us. Levels.

Beto did ok when he was on. Hold up was decent.

Shrewd strategy by the Friedkins to produce a pre season blooper compilation, should be a big earner. Always a step ahead, these yanks.

Went to bed when they scored their second goal. Hopefully there are 3 worse teams again this season.

Just noticed Man United spanked Bournemouth 4-1 in what seems like an easy game for them. So that probably doesn’t bode too well for that remaining fixture.

Bournemouth goalie had a bit of a shocker , saved every shot when we played em . That said it's Everton v Utd inevitable defeat, flap up to 8

Just sick and tired of us making an absolute fucking show of ourselves.
