Me too, I hope he will fill the Stracqualursi-shaped hole in my heart.

I signed Taribo West on a free so many times on champ man 00 I think of him as an honorary Everton player

Beto will be fine. Needed the "acclimation" year, but no reason to be fearful of having him as lead striker. I'm similarly fine with Chermiti staying/playing a significant role.

No retreads, please.

Feel like he'll be gone in 6 months or on a free at the end of the season in that case. Makes no sense that he'd stay here if he's open to a move at this point.

Better giving him a new contract than putting our faith in Beto a fit dcl is streets ahead

Giving him a new deal on mega money is not a good outcome for us.

If he was playing somewhere else we’d all be saying swerve him off.

Think he would find his football more enjoyable with pace around him. Gnonto, Lindstrom and Ndiaye around him would create more than the snapshot scraps he has had to get used to feeding off.

Yeah needs to go while we can get some money for him.

He's not going to want to run his contract down. If he gets injured again he'll not get anything like the money we pay him

New deal with a release clause if he doesn't move is fine with me

Makes the most sense for both parties.

He protects himself against his recent poor injury history. If we can keep him fit and supply him properly, I’d expect more suitors in January and we can get our money then.
