Don't lose against Luton and we should be fine now.

33 points: Burnley would need 3 wins and a draw to equal; Luton, 2 wins and 2 draws

A win for us against Sheff Utd or 3 draws with Brentford, Luton and SU should suffice!

Or, of course, a win on Wednesday would put it to bed...

Think we can assume Palace and Brentford are now safe.

Burnley have Man Utd, Newcastle, Spurs & Forest. They need 8 points to overtake us, with us not picking up a point, so that's not happening.

So, it's between us, Luton and Forest for the last relegation spot.

Luton have Wolves, us, West Ham and Fulham. They need 6 points to overtake us, with us not picking up a point. People fancy them, and then they get turned over. West Ham are terrible right now, so who knows.

Forest have Man City, Sheff Utd, Chelsea and Burnley. They need 4-5 (GD). They could make up those points.

If we don't lose to Luton then I think we'll already be safe. If we do draw, then we might need something against Sheff Utd, depending on Luton's games.

I think we're fine.

Given the games we have left and the points difference between us and the rest, the probability of us going down now is seriously slim.

That was a big big result today.

The only obstacle now is Luton. That’s the only game that matters for the rest of the season. Avoid defeat there and we are safe.

Borderline safe now. Probably need 2 points from 5 matches.

That would force Luton to get 8 from 4 which is highly unlikely. Not sure they can get more than 6 which means we might only need 1 point.

I'd prefer Forest go down. I think Luton go down next season and Forest have a much better squad.

And Forest are a genuinely horrible club

Awful aren't they?

Ownership, supporters, all of them. Hope they go down and never come back up.

This doesn't feel necessary anymore with this weekend's results but I'll post anyway.

- Took off Brentford and Palace. Added Burnley for clarity.
- As long as we win one more match (or 3 draws) then Burnley would need 4 wins from 4 matches to finish above us.
- As long as we win one more match (or 3 draws) then Luton would need to find 3 wins from their 4 matches to finish above us and that includes beating us.
- We're in a brilliant position.

Feel like a massive weight lifted today, another win and Aslong as we don't lose to Luton and we should be safe

Plus Luton and Burnley would have to overhaul us on points as our goal difference is a fair bit better

Also, we might get a point or two back from appeal...(!)

Carry on our current 2 in 3 ratio and we will stay up

Let’s look at GD after our midweek game…
