Has some sort of mad injury that prevented him from tracking his man

Sorry it was just a little misdirection gag with a call back to previous material.
In all honesty he has had some kind of unusual injury. Was it him or Chermiti whos ligament came off or something?

Some rags are saying Chelsea is interested in Pickford. I hope we don’t and wouldn’t sell as he is happy.
But I wonder at what price Everton would actually sell him. £60m? £70m?

Anything over 60 and you'd have to consider it, I don't mind Picks, but he should be relatively easy to replace.

Yeah don’t want to see him go (and I don’t believe he will) but everyone has a price and 50-70 is more than enough to replace him and strengthen elsewhere
It would be pure profit for PSR too, so unlocks a huge amount of spending opportunities

Story in Christmas Eve papers that we are offering him a new long term contract

If we could sell Branthwaite and Pickford for a combined £150m it'd make life a whole lot easier when it came to spending in the summer for our rebuild.
However it'd be yet another 2 players to replace leaving us with I think 12 senior players. More importantly we'd lose key players in GK, CB, and CF. Gana out of contract, Doucoure likewise, Mangala loan ending too... So we'd be looking at replacing the entire spine of the team.
Its easy to say sell him and he's easily replaced, but firstly that's wrong, he wouldn't be easy to replace at all, and secondly what's the cost of losing such a key player on top of all the other players leaving?
Need to keep him unless we got a genuinely jaw dropping offer.
