Would be a hell of a signing on a free, and despite his diminutive stature he's exactly what we need in that midfield.

Best mates with Garner...

Garner said: “Angel is my closest mate. He and I have been mates since we first met, we speak all the time."

Bit awkward when he replaces him in the team!

Knight isn’t good enough similar to garner has 1 good game then 4/5 games where you wouldn’t even know he was playing

Jonathon David leaving Lille.

Dream signing on a free. Maybe doesn't have the same level of physical presence as some PL strikers but elite finisher, excellent passer, two footed. Needs runners around him and people to link with.

I also think he's going to a Champions League team but oh well, I can dream!

Yeh there'll be far better options than us for David. I'd love Gomes, he's looked brilliant when ever I've watched him

Yeah Jonathan David would he epic.

Think his scoring record is exactly 1 in 2.

Only 24 isn't he?

Would love it but can't see it.

Jonathan Tah would be a decent grab on a free too.

Doubt he'd want to come here to be back up though.

A team full of Johnny's.

Like that so far the links aren't all prem plodders. Don't want Coufal but if the rest of the signings are from elsewhere it would be a decent signing.

Moyes speaking live on talkSPORT this morning (14 May, 8:39 am), when asked if he will be busy in the summer, Moyes said:
“Yeah, I think we will be.

“The new owners have come in and we’re trying to sort of find our way with them. They’re in America and we’re trying to catch up with things, we’ve just got a new CEO started. So, there’s a lot of things we’re trying to put in place.

“I’ve got a good idea about what the club needs and what the people want, and moving to a new stadium, what it’s going to mean for them as well. So yeah, I expect us to be well supported in the transfer market.

“I don’t think it’ll be outrageous, but I think we’ll be able to do a bit of business.
