Won't let me copy and paste the translated version but it says we've offered €10M for him.

Ángelo Preciado, after an outstanding performance in the Copa América, has captured the interest of Everton in England. According to Don Balón, the English club has offered 10 million euros for the Ecuadorian defender, with additional bonuses and an annual salary of 3 million euros.
As per @Cozzie post above

Fended off an entire team with the corner flag, I'm sold, get him in!

Not buying that one at all, the lad has had an insignificant career so far and he's 26. Wouldn't make any sense. More like to sign for Everton Chile.
Surprised we are still able to bring in additional players since the take over collapsed and it could be a long time before we get a new owner ? Think the Onana money already spent ?

I think the takeover had nothing to do with our ability to trade players. Only the P&S rules does that.
Takeovers are all about finishing the stadium. I suspect that was Moshiri's plan all along. He (and us) just wanted a better performing team going into it.

Yeah as long as we don't need to sell to keep the lights on then player trading shouldn't be affected. Friedkin apparently put £200m in so there shouldn't be any need to use player sales for anything other than reinvestment in the playing squad.

Think the lad from Napoli, Phillips and Gnoto would be excellent business and give us much stronger midfield
