I was going to say that this could become an annual thing like a birthday but it’s more like a quarterly event at the moment!
They should make a thing of it, and do it like a cup draw with all the clubs at risk in one bowl, and slips with random numbers of points deductions in the other bowl.
It would probably be a more transparent, coherent process than what currently exists.

Isn't today officially "blue Monday" as well?
Most depressing day of the year?

And if they could get a pissed-up Rod Stewart to pull out the names, it'd make it more watchable than 80% of the matches.

"Oi. Who put 'Penalty to Liverpool' in the points deductions bowl?"

We're like the Queen having 2 birthdays.

We’ll get another 10 taken off
Forest will get nothing due to “mitigating circumstances”

I might be naive but there's been one tweet from Ornstein and that's it, no breaking news anywhere that "Everton expect to be charged" etc. We'll see what today brings but I'm not too worried about it.
Having said that, I thought we'd get a suspended fine that last time so just ignore me.

Dyche saying he doesn't know if we'll get a deduction worries me... If we are definitely compliant I'd expect him to say as such.
If he has no idea that means there's issues we're hoping to argue against rather than being definitely compliant imo.

We have £89m loss dropping off the books leaving us with
£63m / £21m / 2023
So 2023 needs to be >£21m to take us over £105m.
Esk sticking to his guns. Have a feeling there's some weird technicality incoming. Moshiri must do X before y or else Z.

The Esk is getting a lot of stick but it’s very possible that he and Ornstein are both correct.
There’s a technicality in there we have broken, we expect to be charged, but overall we should be fine once we put our argument forward.

Martin Samuel and Ornstein have both said that Everton expect to be charged but that doesn't necessarily mean we expect a points deduction/punishment.
Like has been said already though, I've was shocked that we got a 10 points deduction the first around and therefore I'm putting nothing past these fuckers. We may feel like we have a case negating any punishment this time around but I'm not convinced the Premier League won't move the goal-posts during that time and fuck us over again.

Is there a specific time we expect to hear about this?

Supporting a football team shouldn’t be this emotionally or mentally draining
