Who was on their shortlist after Klopp, given how Neville claims Slot was their third choice?

What a week for us all.
Saviour this.
I’ll be watching the highlights on the bbc tomorrow for the first time and might allow myself a cheeky little watch of the anfield wrap as well.

If they have sense they will go for Iraola or Glasner but a return of the Turkey Toothed Tosser is on the cards I think.
Wouldn't mind them getting Glasner because I don't think he's suited to a style of play the fans would demand. Huis teams are wonderful at soaking up pressure and hitting teams on the break. You can't do that if you're Liverpool... you're expected to dominate.

Yeah I made this point about Glasner recently too... His style would never translate to a top team. Great manager but not one for the top clubs unless he could radically change his tactics.

This is quite something, I have been waiting all my life for full on Liverpool meltdown, even better after buying £400 million worth of players lol.

They did this when the won the PL the other year, fell off the following season, maybe not quite on this kinda scale and as early. They throw their all into a couple of seasons and the media are right up their arses. United, Arsenal, City, Chelsea have all been far better over the last 20/30 years between them yet Liverpool win two titles in 35 years and the media portray them as world beaters like it’s the 80’s again.

Carragher nearly falling apart talking with Henry and Micah Richards. A hard watch.

Nah, it’s class.
He jumps about when they score/win and doesn’t even try to hide it.
He has some great points & views on football but he shouldn’t be anywhere near Liverpool commentary’s.

Sorry mate, I should have been clearer.
My default is sarcasm when it comes to this lot.
It's like Carragher's barely keeping it together, McManaman and Gerrard the same.
Schaden-bloomin-begeisterung!
