Still find it most infuriating they are going to force through this punishment then change the PSR structure in August. So City will end up probably with a slap on the wrist while we get the guillotine.

Basically the rules. Think it's either getting scrapped or massively reformed, so what we are getting punished for now won't matter in August.

So we won't hear the punishment until after that.
