I think regardless of the brilliant goal, today was the first time he looked like he was truly comfortable and settled.
Really hoping that today proves to be a turning point. He's got so much about him and has so much potential

He was always going to be Raw, gonna need time to improve.
The problem we have is when we need to bed him in slowly or change it up the only alternative is that Donkey Beto.
More pressure on him to hit the ground running as we know Betos a no go.

He's clearly developing all the time, and next season we could have a real asset on our hands, especially if we improve the squad more and improve the service.

I was definitely a little concerned early on, but he has show enough to convince me that he can develop into a really good Premier League striker.
We just need to be prepared to take the rough with the smooth, as there is going to be a lot more rough and frustrating moments as he continues to learn and develop.
I really like him and the fans are right behind him too which will work wonders for his confidence and growth as a player.

Going to have ups and downs, play him through all of them and gives him a better chance of coming out at the end of the season a much better player.

Lovely finish. Still had a bit to do when it fell to him but a really nice composed finish

After Beto's 'cameo' today I don't he has to worry about losing his place any time soon.

Will be great to get Beto out of the door and get a reasonable short term / low risk / low investment replacement in, if it is possible. Was hoping En-Neysri would play tonight, but it seems he doesn't start for Morocco

I think he settles into being a steady 12-15 goal a season CF with solid all-around play and that’s perfect for our current level.
Maybe he even goes supernova in front of goal one season and makes us a ton of money. Probably not but maybe.

Seems to be finding a bit of form now. Double figures this season needs to be the aim for a decent start to his career here.

Who saw the bit where he won the header, chased his own header, brought it down in one touch and megged the CM on his way past him
