Just a quick google on the teams MSP are involved in and it looks like they’re all doing quite well so that’s a good sign.
Weren’t this lot rumoured to be interested months ago and then it was debunked ? Hopefully there is some truth in the rumour this time round as they are minted and Chairman is tge richest Iranian in USA.

They tried to buy us before 777, but the totally legitimate Rights and Media payday loan company vetoed it.

RMF put a stop to it by requesting all their money back before MSP bought in.
Didn't seem to have the same issue re: 777. Suss.
MSP website lists all th we teams, and they are all owned by GFH? Can't get my head round it.

Not sure if they are co-owners with MSP for some of the teams.

MSP was effectively a loan that would be converted to shares. I’m not sure why/how exactly but that would affect R&Mf position as senior creditor. With 777 they were going to be buying shares directly so wouldn’t have had an impact on the position of R&MF. That’s why the £200m is an unsecured loan.

So , is there an MSP in USA that might be interested in buying us and an MSP in England who we owe money too ? Totally confused now .

So...MSP are GFH and GFH is David Blitzer, and David Blitzer is an 18% shareholder in Palace as an individual outside of GFH.
All very confusing.
I imagine there’s a lot of fingers and a lot of pies in this.
There won’t be a complete takeover. I think MSP will buy a share, and bring along other investors.
Moshiri will still have some sort of stake as well I think.
Then when the ground is done and we’re hopefully not a complete bag of shite for a few seasons they’ll all sell up to the Middle East or something like that.

Aren't all of 777's loans viable to be turned into shares tho?
Ah I don't get it, don't understand it enough to have an opinion really but something is a bit weird with the senior creditor objecting to a fairly successful multi club outfit backed by multi £bnaires across multiple sports, but seemingly silent about 777 sex pests who are in the news for defaulting every other week.

When they offered to buy Spurs for like £3bn it was 70% MSP and 30% from Abu Dhabi if I remember correctly

No it’s the same MSP but they lent us the money they were going to invest and secured it somehow on moshiris holding company. There are a few possible scenarios here
-MSP are going to buy the club outright with their investors money and payback/refinance the debt.
-MSP have sourced a buyer who will buy the club and pay back/refinance the debt we have. They have got moshiri to accept using the threat of calling in Their loan.
-MSP are going to activate the clause in the loan enabling them to take over the clubs and install their board and try and find investment to help run the club.
-There is a completely separate buyer who has come out of the dark to buy the club and therefore moshiri feels confident in swerving 777.
Either way I think the worst we can expect is a more stable club for the next few years.

I think that was put about but they wouldn’t be able to control the club. My guess is that they would hold it against some of moshiris equity, so basically he will pay it back out Of the sale proceeds when he eventually gets a buyer.
