Sounds like Arsenal are signing Gyokeres.

Think he'll be great honestly, will improve them massively.

They've signed Zubimendi for £60m too.

Jhon Duran has joined Fenerbahce on loan after just half a season in Saudi. Very erm interesting career path he seems to be taking

I still have a doubt about him in that he's succeeded by dominating defenders physically because of his speed and size - that's much easier to do in the Championship and in Portugal than it is in the PL

A truly mental transfer - signed for 77m Euro and then sent out on loan six months later.

Fener apparently paying 21m for one year of his playing time too (15m to cover his wages and 6m agents fee).

Genuinely impressive to see a deal that looks bad for all three parties - Fener overpay for a mercurial player who will immediately fall out with Mourinho, Duran going to a mental case of a club where the fans will very quickly turn on him and Al-Nassr loaning out a player they paid a massive fee for 6 months ago.

Not just 'sports' being washed here.

i agree too
he hasnt been tested at the prem league level and i think arsenal should have gone for sesko the rb leipzig guy
but again gooners wont spend too much on a striker and that is their downfall
they have to spend big to win big for me and they have let themselves down again
its the one position where they have to go all out on
gyokeres is not the answer - the safe hope it works option

His record in the championship without penalties is about 1 in 4.

Adinga for 20m seems cheap. Is he on the last year of his contract or something?

Well Sunderland certainly can't be accused of lacking ambition in their attempts to stay up. Obviously impossible to say how it'll work out for them, but on the face of it they've done some decent business.

Adingra is a good signing, wouldn't have minded us going there.

All the promoted teams have done good business so far.

Brentford are the ones to watch this season, in terms of possible ones for the drop.

Losing their good players and Frank too, could go either way.

Reckon the three promoted teams will be more competitive but reckon 2 will still drop and the other no higher than 15th.
