Well, he doesn't score from outside the six yard box, I can't remember the last time he beat a keeper one-on-one, it's a long, long time since he's beaten a defender turned and slotted, all things that you would expect from a competent centre forward. So, I think I'll stick to thinking that he's actually a little bit shite!

Let him go and sit on the bench somewhere for the rest of his career. He's simply not fucking good enough!

His last real.purple patch was about 10 games under Ancelloti.

Suppose I'm just the forum maverick.

Could see him doing well at someone like Milan tbf, obviously with the pressure off him. I don't think Tammy is a better striker and he still scored a whole load of goals for Roma in that league.

If he's planning to stay at England then I can't really see much of a path for success. Based on previous links then Newcastle seem like the highest he can go and he will only ever be a bit-part player there.

His highlight season was when the grounds were empty, which might be coincidence but he looked so much more relaxed tbh.

We need a 12-15 goal a season striker as, for all his good link up play, we dont have enough goals in the midfield to cover for his goal return.

He's a 1 in 4 striker who's only even managed that for a 3 season spell about 3 years ago. Hes a bit shite. He probably needs a move away and we probably need to move away from him.

He would be boss in a less physical league as he's competitive in this one. It's getting to the stage of what might have been for his career soon. But he's a good premier league striker not sure how much blame and credit Everton need to take for that

My point about a not physical league mate is that he would boss it because he is not because he isn't. It's a relatively common strength in the prem, rarer elsewhere. He's definitely not shite, anyone who thinks he's shite can't have seen the shite we've endured

I think his all round game is very good
His finishing tho is poor

He does a lot of selfless things for the team that go in noticed

Last week as an example we wanged a long ball up, he fought and battles to get his chest to the ball
Chested it perfectly to docoure who played a poor ball to mangal who played a poor ball to gueye and then we were defending

A lot of people would say that's not sticking up top

I do wonder how good he could look in a competent footballing team? Is it just coincidental that he looked at his best under Ancelotti with Rodriguez and Allen etc playing? This team has been encouraged to play so limited for so long I have no idea if any of the current players have any ability to do more
