Henderson to Brentford. I'll be suprised if they aren't in a bit of trouble this year.

Becoming a bit of a journeyman now isn't he, cut his last two contracts short. 35 and legs are gone, I can't see how that's a good bit of business for Brentford.

Bit of a shame for Brentford really, done a lot right since establishing themselves in the top flight, then one summer could see them and their plans for the future (new stadium etc) just disappear almost over night.

Think promoting from within for the manager will be their biggest downfall though, I get the desire for continuity but it's not how a mid table premier league team should be thinking, and chances are it'll blow up in their faces.

Yeah, even if they survive I'd be amazed if Brentford weren't in the thick of the relegation battle this year.

With signings like that I guess we don't have to worry about the Saudi league being truly competitive any time in the near future.

It's the Qatari league he's gone to. I don't know if they pay the big wages the Saudis do.

So he never got his biggest contract off us after all.
