What do yous think about Rashford then?
Should he have cancelled his bday party in town, after the derby defeat?

If he turned up to training the next day on time and in a suitable condition, I don't see a problem there. It's his birthday and football is his job, not his life.
That being said, I think a quieter, more private party at home would've been advisable, just to avoid exactly this kind of foaming-at-the-mouth reaction.

Don't know tbf. Feel like if I played for Everton as an Everton fan and we'd just lost 0-3 at home to Liverpool then I'd probably just sack it off. Depends on the state he got in as well.
Don't think players should hide inside their house if results on poor but I don't think going out after a defeat like that with the current state of the team and his performances is a great look.
Absolute bullshit that he's got an injury like

Offside because Maguire attempted to play for the ball lol
Not sure why the ref needs to check whether he's trying to play the ball or not, he clearly is.

Agree. We all know what the media and fans are like. Just have a party at home... and dont invite that scrutiny.
As an Everton fan, if we just lost the derby and i saw Dom had a party in town, id be fuming. But logically that is silly... like MC says, its a job, not a life.
Why lie about the injury tho haha everyone knows the reason!
Lastly, the amount of time they took for that offside is a disgrace.

I’d be a bit annoyed by that offside decision if I was a Man United fan. I don’t think the Fulham player was impeded enough by Maguire being there.

If they’d won nobody would’ve given a crap. So the action itself of going out to a nightclub for your own birthday was not inherently bad.
Of course it doesn’t look good to fans given the result and his/Man Utds general form I suppose, but that’s the extent of it for me. He probably would’ve been better advised to change plans, but you feel the media also love the opportunity to tear down Rashford due to his vocal interest in social programs.

The fact Antony cost £100m is astonishing. Absolute rubbish.

What the hell happened at Swindon V Aldershot? League team at home to a non league team. Went 7-0 down and then scored four in the last fifteen minutes to lose 4-7 at home. Craziest game of the season surely?
