Spurs had to delay their opening by about 6 months because the wiring was dodgy throughout.

If fixing a leak is the biggest remaining snag then Laing and their contractors have done an amazing job.

They have already said the drainage isn't finished so it's nothing to worry about.

Have watched the build on YouTube from day one and found it facinating. I wondered how all the water that the roof will collect would be dealt with,1 inch of rain on an acre, equates to just over 22,000 gallons apparently, pretty sure it will all be in hand

Hope the sewers can cope with 58,000 going for a tiddle at 1/2 time ...

Is it possible that with the greater distance between grounds that matches be allowed at anfield and Everton stadium on the same day in the future?

Doubt it.

They’re still pretty close and will be using the same transport links.
