I had the certificate framed for him so seems more trouble than its worth.
On reflection not the most pressing issue at the moment, he's made up so thats fine with me.

Nice little video with Peel on the Liverpool Waters development and the importance of the stadium. Whatever we think of Moshiri, it's quite a legacy to leave for the city.
