Was impressive for Leicester and very tidy on the ball. Would be a good signing to get over the line.

I'm liking this you know. I know we are dragging our heels but the signings we are looking to make are all good profile players with a lot of upside.

Didn't realise he was nearly 27, I thought he was only about 23-24.

Same except I thought he was 24-25.
Like many he's wasted some important years of his career in a Chelsea squad that could field at least 3 teams of quality players.
You have to wonder why players go there, they must see that it's highly likely they'll barely play if at all for most of their contract.

Solid enough signing who will be a massive improvement on what we already have.
Does feel like we’ve moved down our shortlist though and are looking to get done what we can get done.
Will be disappointed if we give Chelsea close to their money back on him.
