It was more of a “you can’t kick the ball until Liverpool are ready. Then, and only then, may you kick the ball” type booking.

Seen plenty booked for preventing a quick free kick being taken, but none for actually taking a quick free kick

Gonna go out on a limb here and say that there's no such rule and we'll get a 'that decision was wrong' statement by PGMOL as they quickly acknowledge it before moving on and not giving a shit.

Since the change of injury time rules a few years back - that's the first match out of 410 that has had 3 minutes or less injury time.
Can bet your arse the ref wouldn't have blown when he did if we equalised on 90 though.
