Do you think the rumours are true?

Surely we won't be able to get him?

I'm going to pray to all of the different gods that we can buy him.

Please please please

Doubt it.

Don’t think arsenal will want to let him go with all the games they’ll have this season.

Not sure it’s the wisest deal considering his injury record as well.

They competing in four competitions, would be mad to let him go.

I wish I hadn't read on BBC rumours that we've enquired. He is all I want now.

Our squad size probably often leans on the smaller size and our second string are usually a decent step down, so it's really really important to try and scout players that are reliably fit more often than not.

Ben White, Nathan Ake, it's too much of a roll of the dice with them unfortunately. We have enough of a time getting Branthwaite fit, I'd not add another into that mix personally.

No for me, wrong age, wrong wage. Can we just sign an actual right back to play right back.

Interested in why you'd want to buy him given his age, transfer fee, wages and the fact he's not a proper RB and just a CB who can do a decent job there without being the type of full back we desperately need?

What am I missing here?

He is a brilliant RB

He’s played right back for about five years.

How isn’t he a proper right back?

Would be a great signing.

Doubt it will happen though

The attributes he has are very similar to O'Brien for me, good defensively, not good at getting forward and getting crosses in. He is better than O'Brien at that side of the game but not what I'd call an attacking full back

He's an Arteta right back, i.e. a CB comfortable on the ball who can play there well but isn't your traditional full back who overlaps and gets crosses in.

He's basically a good JOB and not the profile we need.

Not sure why anyone would complain about JOB at RB and then think Ben White resolves those issues?
