i hate getting freekicks tbh. We wont score from them so its pointless. We should try to be cheeky and do wierd and wonderful things when we get them near the box.

We can't even take decent throw ins, there's not a chance we're going to figure out free kicks.

Surprises me how few strikers are good at freekicks.

I suppose most of our set pieces are treated as opportunities to get the ball onto someone’s head rather than a direct shot. For the way we play though having a more capable player for free kicks, etc would lIkely be extremely beneficial.

Definitely think there's room for us to be creative, and have a few little blag routines that don't involve smashing it 20 yards over the bar or standing it up to Tarks at the far post.

The first goal against Southampton here is the last time I remember us doing something decent/creative with a free kick.
