How can you be a club in the microcosm of the EPL and not think that you have to carry out due diligence on who you're aligning yourself with?

Well, not on the front of shirt. Sleeves are still allowed and clubs will no doubt have betting partners and other sponsorship areas, like training wear and in stadium.
