Koeman, Allardyce, Benitez & Lampard all say hi
I'm close to happy with how it's gone under Dyche.
Kept us up.
Weathered the storm.
No he's not kicked on but we all know the reason why is somewhere between lack of investment and lack of ability on his part.
Sadly the worm has turned, but that's because he just has not won enough games. Has too many periods that are too long on which the team are too bad, eventually Everton fans would not accept the Burnley mentality and that is where he is most comfortable.
As long as it doesn't go on so long that it becomes desperately bad, or our next move is not a Lampardian scale error, we should hopefully be able to look back on it fairly fondly.

Appreciate most of the post except the part in bold which a few have mentioned.
He can't really control the fixtures order, or when injuries occur. But if 48 points (earned) is OK from W13 D9 L16, but the order in which they were acheived is problematic, then that's an issue for the fans to get over, not the manager.
If we're very unhappy with long periods not winning, then surely if we're being fair-minded we should then be ecstatic with the winning streaks? Net result still = OK.

Lampardian scale error should be the standard phrase for every failed managerial appointment in future

Appreciate what you're saying about the net result being all that matters and mathematically you are right but of course, in reality we know that is not the case, if it were, nobody would ever be sacked until relegation was secured, or top 4 out of reach etc.
The periods of dreadful form are irrespective of fixture difficulty as we've seen from the last 11 games, and outside of the emotional impact of watching your team win 2 games in 11, 0 in 10 etc, is that winning runs are not guaranteed, and one day it won't happen. See Burnley for what happens then.

Absolutely spot on how I feel. You need to trademark the theory and phrase, Lampardian Scale before someone else claims it. We also need reference numbers for said scale. Is it a 1-10 scale? And where would Dyche sit on it.

Think moshiri was better than kenwright. Think he tried but ultimately was everyone's mug and so will leave with nothing
Agree wholeheartedly with this - i have no malice towards Moshiri. He was just an excitable, useful fool. He backed us to the hilt - just couldn't recognise where his authority should end.
Thinking he is an excitable fool or whatever, naaaa a dangerous man. Best mates with a Russian oligarch, using Everton as a money laundering pot (probably) masses of shady deals and absolutely no clue about football or running a club.
He very nearly destroyed the club along with Kenwright.
