Absolutely dead at this.

Plus seeing this shite on the pitch as well as the twat commentating.

So so horrid.

But Moshiri can lie in his swimming pool sipping martinis without a care in the fucking world.

Sickening.
Just awful isn't it 😔

I swear even if I was a Eunuch, Everton would still manage to find a way to kick me in the balls. 😫

Feels worse because it seems like Thelwell and Dyche are implementing something that looks suspiciously like a plan for the the first time in a life time.

Trowel wrote: Fri Jul 19, 2024 4:25 pm Good summary of the risks associated with the 777 debt:

That tweet is largely just bollocks I think.

You pay back the company you owe, or an associated entity as per the terms you agreed, not someone they might subsequently perhaps be found to owe it to.

There could be a concern if the funds came from the proceeds of crime, but only if we either knew it or didn’t do the mandated due diligence on it, which you would know and be able to prove one way or the other

Smacks of either believing you would get it cheaper and didn’t, or a tactic to get the price down now

Not sure I buy that, you don’t go this far down the line without even a basic understanding of what one party wants and what the other is offering

Or that’s exactly what you do because you know these people are fucked and you see a way to maybe get a better deal

couldwell be true..... if the due dilligence shows that the company you want to buy is shit..... you can only bring down the price for the shares,..... If Moshiri gets more than 1£ for his shares I would be suprised.....problem is that moshiri proberly owes the russian mafia a fortune and he will need money for his shares..... bur honestly the are not more than 1£ worth

Was trying to remember earlier who else had been interested before Friedkin's exclusivity - it was clowns to the left of him, jokers to the right wasn't it.

There was one that entered the race just before the exclusivity period, they weren't football people, began with a P I think, they where worth like 109B or something I dunno. Can't be arsed to look back

Americans can't help themselves for the blues, all we need now is for Trump to put his ear plaster in the ring.

Who are EFC Daily? Considering they didn't have an inkling the Friedkin deal was collapsing they claim to have knowledge of the intentions of other possible investors.

Shamoon Hafez is the source. He works for the BBC and seems to cover Everton a lot.
