As am I
I'm a hugger
Even the spurs fans we picked up from our guest slots on rule the roost back in the day have experienced that

No idea why but I've got it in my head that you were a gym rat who wouldn't be in danger of getting smacked.

I met a few people (Si and I think George?) back in 2016 at the screening of The Golden Vision at the Crypt in London. My wife had a field day taking the piss out of me for "going to meet up with your internet friends in a crypt under a church"!

I live in Belgium nowadays but if there's ever an NSNO meet up I'd make the effort to come over.

Sadly not! Altho @Sir Stealth did once described me as an "edgier Bradley Cooper" which we'll take all day long

21 years, must be best part of if not more than 1,000 matches ?

10 managers if you count Moyes twice, (plus caretaker spells for Unsworth, Royal,Duncan,Baines +Coleman)

I remember using a "Tiny" brand PC with a huge monitor - not sure if NSNO is older than tablets and smart phones ?

Ugh, my mrs gives me almost daily derision, “oooh, are you chatting to your blue dylan’s and all your little internet friends?”

“Yes, yes I am, and they love me more than you do!”

Wow 21! I think I’ve been here since it first started then. Crazy! But thanks to all who have made this possible and thanks to all who have contributed to make it memorable. Amazing really!

Before NSNo I was on Toffeeweb and Bluekipper but over time I just spent all my hours on here instead of the others.

I came over when Blue Kipper folded, although would sometimes look at NSNO too without posting before that.

Probably didn't post much for many years even once becoming a member here until COVID times and suddenly having a horrendous amount of time on my hands thanks to life changing illness.

It's funny really but people who create online communities have no idea how much what they've made helps keep people going through tough times sane. A place to escape or just kill some time... That's been NSNO for me over he past few years.

It's also probably why I get too involved in certain topics as I have too much time on my hands and nothing to do, but that also leads me on to another positive where people will disagree on one topic, maybe many, sometimes in almost falling out kinds of ways... Then on a completely different one when someone needs help all past arguments disappear, they aren't applicable and help is offered and support given. That kind of thing is a great testament to this place, it speaks volumes of the people on here and the community that's been created by those that made it.

Much love to admin, site owner and everyone one here, it's a great forum and I'll still be posting on here in another 21 years for sure!

It's actually kinda remarkable this place.

In an age where there's an epidemic of isolation, particularly male isolation, places like this are few and far between. It's mostly self-policing, and you get very little toxic stuff. Again, massively rare in social media.

I suppose some of the legendary stuff from the site might not be deemed acceptable these days, and most people are agreeable now so you don't get those mad things happening. In a way that's a shame, I suppose, and in a way not.

But yeah, it's definitely a huge positive in lots of people's lives and would be terribly missed if it ever went away. That time when the previous site went down for a few weeks was proper rubbish.

What BD said. Very, VERY few websites of real quality have come through the media environment of the last 10-15 years, at least in any recognizable and usable form.

Thanks to all who have provided such a wonderful environment to bitch and moan about the footy.
