StirlingBlue wrote: Fri Jun 28, 2024 3:28 pm Philogene looks great, one of those players who can make a goal by himself.

If his work rate is also good as claimed then I’m confused why he’s going for a fee as low as £16m
Last year of contract

He’s got two years left with a club extension option of one year, they only signed him last summer

£16m is still a lot of money for a championship winger.

Don’t think there’s anything strange in the fee.

AND his middle name is Everton. It was meant to be.
if youre talking about Jaden Philogene

Utterly not concerned.

It's just whether some dickhead at Villa/Everton has sent an email saying "hey, I've got a great idea for blagging PSR" that hasn't been purged from the server.
When you're being quoted £10m+ for Championship players, those fees are perfectly fair. Dobbin was in our first team squad last season and has played in the first team. Whilst he may not quite be a fully oven ready regular Premier League starter, I'm pretty sure he'd be capable of more than holding his own at Championship level, effectively putting him on par with some of the Championship players that PL clubs have been quoted silly money for.
Richard Masters needs to go take his fucking fat head for a wobble the fucking corrupt cunt.

Apparently Villa will receive a % of profits fee if we sign Philogene - the PSR plot thickens
